
Boundless
Boundless was a comprehensive branding project created to launch and promote Haymes Paint’s extraordinary special edition colour — a luminous, highly saturated ultramarine blue unlike any other in their collection. Boundless Blue represents a breakthrough in paint formulation, crafted using an exceptionally high loading of French ultramarine pigment. This premium pigment is concentrated near the surface to maximise its direct interaction with natural light, creating a finish that appears to glow from within. The result is a blue of remarkable depth and movement — a colour that seems to shift and breathe with changing light conditions, offering viewers an almost living surface that captivates and mesmerises.
Our work encompassed every touchpoint of the Boundless Blue experience, beginning with the development of the ‘Boundless’ name and identity to capture the infinite possibilities and limitless depth of this extraordinary blue.


Applications

The project culminated in a striking exhibition stand featuring a specially commissioned sculpture. This three-dimensional installation was designed to demonstrate Boundless Blue’s remarkable interaction with light, allowing visitors to witness firsthand how the paint’s surface responds to different lighting conditions and viewing angles. The sculpture served as both an artistic statement and a practical demonstration of the paint’s extraordinary characteristics.
